The registration fee of USD $200.00 per presenter must reach us by September 15, 2016 to guarantee inclusion in the program. The registration package includes:

* Entry to all conference sessions and keynote presentations
* Opening night pau hana gathering
* Morning and afternoon coffee & tea breaks as well as lunch on Saturday and Sunday
* Conference reception dinner

Cancellation policy: To receive a refund of the registration fee, cancellations requests must be submitted via email ( no later than October 15, 2016. A processing fee will be subtracted from all refunds. There are no refunds for cancellations after October 15, 2016.
